Our team of skilled digital artists carefully hand-draws your artwork based on the photo you upload. Once it's ready, we send you a preview, and you can request unlimited revisions until you're fully satisfied. After approval, we print your artwork on premium canvas and ship it to you.
2. Will I receive a preview before the artwork is printed?
Yes, absolutely. You will always receive a preview before printing, and you are welcome to request unlimited revisions during the preview stage.
3. What happens if I don’t respond to the preview?
If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours, we proceed with the artwork as shown in the preview to prevent delivery delays. You can still message us before printing if you need adjustments.
4. What type of photos give the best results?
Clear, bright, high-resolution photos give the best results. Avoid blurry images, screenshots, heavily edited photos, or pictures taken from far away.
5. Will the artwork look exactly like the photo?
Our artists recreate your portrait in the same artistic style as the samples shown on our website. The artwork will closely resemble your photo with a polished, creative touch. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee during the preview stage with unlimited revisions until it's perfect for you.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7–12 days, depending on your location.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we send your tracking link via WhatsApp or email.
8. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India through trusted courier partners.
9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Since each artwork is custom-made, we accept prepaid orders only. This helps ensure smooth processing and timely deliveries.
10. Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation within 10 hours of placing your order. Once our artists begin working on your artwork, cancellations are no longer possible.
11. Why are refunds not allowed for custom artwork?
Each artwork is created exclusively for you and cannot be resold. Because of this, refunds are not possible once we begin the artwork process. However, you will receive unlimited revisions during the preview stage to ensure you're happy with the final result.
12. What if the product arrives damaged?
If your canvas arrives damaged, we will gladly send a free replacement.

13. Can I make changes after approving the preview?
Once the preview is approved, printing begins immediately, so further changes cannot be made. Please review your preview carefully—we offer unlimited revisions before approval.
14. What if I uploaded the wrong photo?
Please contact us within 2–3 hours if you uploaded the wrong photo. Once our artists begin working on your artwork, we cannot change the photo.
